Refund & Return Policy
At Aashiyana Home Furnishing, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Customized or personalized items (if applicable)
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your Order ID and product images (if damaged/defective)
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
- Customers must provide valid bank/UPI details
6. Replacement Policy
- If the product is defective or incorrect, you may request a replacement instead of a refund
- Replacement is subject to product availability
7. Shipping Charges
- Free return pickup for damaged or wrong products
- For other return reasons, shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable)
8. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us
