- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Cancellation by Us

- Incorrect pricing or product details
- Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch.
- Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD services for the customer.
6. Important Notes
- Customized or personalized products (if any) cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
